I designed and developed CoachConnect to unify fragmented coaching institute operations into a synchronized, multi-tenant digital ecosystem. The architecture connects institute owners, faculty coaches, students, and parents through dedicated role-based portals with strict granular RBAC enforcement. Key engineering highlights include building a low-latency daily attendance engine with streak calculation, 7-day retrospective teacher attendance edit policies, automated lockscreen push notifications via Expo Server SDK with inbox sync, multi-branch batch & classroom scheduling with exception handling, instant Cloudinary media CDN attachments, and dual-mode environment auto-detection for local and production Vercel infrastructure.

- Attendance Tracking & Streak Engine: Real-time 1-tap batch roster attendance marking, automated consecutive present streaks calculation, and past attendance audit logs
- Strict Granular RBAC Guardrails: Admin-exclusive batch configuration and broadcast engine; faculty-restricted 7-day attendance marking window and batch-scoped notices
- Cross-Platform Expo Client: Offline-ready Zustand global store, smart schedule normalizers, biometric-ready session management, and dual-mode local/cloud environment auto-detection
- Push Notification & Inbox Hub: Lockscreen mobile push notifications via Expo Server SDK with transactional database inbox persistence and bulk batch recipient targeting
- Announcements & Notice Board: Priority-tagged multimedia broadcasts (Normal / Important / Urgent) with Cloudinary CDN attachments and read-receipt tracking
- Secure Auth & Identity Lifecycle: Bcrypt password hashing, JWT access & refresh token rotation, HttpOnly cookies, and OTP-based password recovery via Resend & Brevo
- Schedule & Exception Engine: Weekly recurring batch timetables with room conflict resolution and dynamic schedule exception handling (cancelled/rescheduled/extra classes)
